1.

How does it work?

By using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) account that we provide, you will be able to access the internet through a secure encrypted connection to our servers and bypass restrictions you are currently facing by your internet provider.

First you would connect normally to the internet and then connect a second time to our VPN Server. No extra software is needed.

You get the freedom you deserve but also an anonymous, safe and secure connection.

2.

What are the system requirements?

Our service will work with computers running Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7 and Mac OS X. Also works with iPhone.

No additional software is required to use our service as we utilize the VPN software already in your operating system. Once you subscribe, we will send you all the information required to set up a connection.

3.

Is it compatible with ... ?

Our service is compatible with all applications including:

  • Web Browsers
  • e-mail applications
  • Windows Messenger
  • Skype, VoIP, Google Talk, Yahoo IM
  • ICQ, MSN
  • Access to Blogs & Newsgroups
  • ...... & Much More!

No special configuration is needed. All internet traffic is simply routed through our server. Connections speed is up to 1000mbit/s and bandwidth is unmetered. The use of filesharing programs (P2P) is not allowed.

4.

What are the calling charges?

We are not providing a calling service and therefore there are NO calling charges. You simply pay a monthly fee for access to the vpn server.

5.

How does anonymity work?

Our VPN Service allows you to use the same internet service provider (ISP) you currently have and at the same time you remain anonymous in all your internet activities by routing your traffic through our servers via a secure encrypted tunnel (Virtual Private Network), making it impossible for even your ISP to "spy" on you.

By using our service, whenever you visit a web site, send email, chat, ICQ, IRC, FTP, Peer to Peer (P2P), make internet phone calls etc., your real IP address is not provided to the other people involved in the transaction. This is a tremendous preventive measure against hacking. Most hacking is based on using your real IP address, which the hacker won't be able to get. As a result we are in fact acting as a firewall keeping you safe from any abuse.

Your internet provider keeps a log file that shows the times your IP address was used and where it connected to. Some internet providers save these log files indefinitely and they may give these files to whoever asks with or without a court order and this would mean every web site you visited and everything you did is no longer private... BUT when using a VPN with us, all that your ISP log would show is an encrypted connection to a server. All internet traffic leaves one of our servers with the same external IP address. All the traffic from many users becomes mingled together and inseparable should someone try to do it.

6.

Does Skype work if it is Blocked?

YES! Once you have subscribed and set up the VPN you will be able to use programs such as Skype to make calls from regions that have chosen to block Skype. Also, the quality of sound may improve by using a VPN even when it is not blocked.

7.

How do i configure my computer (Windows XP)?

  2. Double click 'Network Connections'
  3. In the left menu click "Create new connection"
  4. You will now see the New Connection Wizard . Press the Next >
